Are you eligible?

At Central Indiana Teen Challenge, we are a faith-based rehabilitation program. We specifically serve youth women who are here for reasons like behavioral, mental, and substance issues, although those are not limited. Due to the group we serve we only allow women volunteers who are 18 years or older. Central Indiana Teen Challenge does require a background check which is provided and paid for by Central Indiana Teen Challenge. Until we receive your background check, we cannot schedule you for a shift. Attached is a question survey we ask you complete and send along with your background check form.

Shift type and scheduling

As of now the shift types we are seeking range in tasks. Some days our staff may need an extra hand in monitoring students, helping complete a project or assisting them with an out of the house event. Some days we may need help with things that require physical labor and or work like painting, gardening and much more. Each month we will upload the updated shift calendar, however, unless unique circumstances the schedule will be the same for each month. The updated shift calendar is attached below which also includes the shift sign up form.
